Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of payment.

Delivery Days

  • Tuesday to Friday: Standard delivery

  • Saturday: £10 surcharge

Delivery Locations

Non-perishable items: We deliver to all UK addresses

Fruits and vegetables: Delivery available only in the London area

Delivery Process

  • Next-day service, 08:00-17:00

  • Dispatch from London warehouse around 15:00

  • Tracking email sent upon dispatch

Royal Mail Delivery

We primarily use Royal Mail tracked 24-hour delivery for its reliability and environmental benefits.

If You're Not Home

Couriers will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbor or in a safe place. Check thoroughly if marked as delivered. Contact the depot immediately if issues arise.

Delivery Charges

Charges based on volumetric and static weight. Ranges from £2.50 for gift cards to £55.00 for 110.01 kg and above.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. Quality check performed before dispatch

  2. Report issues within 24 hours of receipt to contact@theepicerie.com with photos

  3. Refund/replacement policy:

    • Damaged but edible: 50% refund or free replacement in next order

    • Significantly damaged/inedible: 100% refund or free replacement in next order
