Delivery Areas & Timeframes
Fresh Exotic Fruits
- Available for delivery within London area only
- Delivery within 2 days of confirmed payment
- We cannot ship fresh exotic fruits outside of London to ensure product quality and freshness
Dry Goods & Other Items
- Available for nationwide delivery
- Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
- Express delivery: 1-2 working days (additional charges apply)
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
- Orders received after 2 PM will be processed the following business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Costs
London Area
- Fresh fruit orders: Free delivery for orders over £50
- Standard delivery: £5.95
- Express delivery: £8.95
Outside London (Dry Goods Only)
- Free standard delivery for orders over £75
- Standard delivery: £4.95
- Express delivery: £7.95
Important Notes
- Fresh exotic fruits must be received in person
- We reserve the right to delay shipments due to severe weather conditions
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and holidays
- Special handling fees may apply for bulk orders
Returns & Refunds
- Fresh produce cannot be returned due to food safety regulations
- Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Dry goods can be returned within 14 days in original unopened packaging
