Fancy starting your day with something that's both delicious and brilliant for your post-holiday reset?
This tropical breakfast bowl is an absolute must to make and uses our star detox fruits. It's fresh, zingy, and will have you feeling tip-top in no time!
What You'll Need
- 1 ripe papaya
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 dragon fruit (pink variety for a gorgeous pop of colour)
That's it! No fancy ingredients, no complicated steps – just pure fruity goodness.
How to Make It
- Cut your papaya in half lengthways and scoop out the seeds (pop these aside - they're brilliant in salad dressings!)
- Scoop the papaya flesh directly into your favourite breakfast bowl
- Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh. Roughly chop it into bite-sized pieces and add to your bowl
- Halve your passion fruits and spoon the pulp over the top
- You can also add a bit of lemon juice, spices on top.
And you're done!
